Hi Peter I thought I would just let you know how I have got on with my fear of dogs, as you said I started to listen to the recording mainly on a daily basis, I have found that I am not as bad now when I see a dog, like I don’t have to cross the road anymore although I can sometimes feel a bit nervous when they pass me, but I am a lot better than I was so for that I thank you.

Hello Peter I just wanted to say thank you for helping me to overcome my fear of flying I was able to go with my family back to Poland without any problem and I found that I was no longer panicking while I was there thinking about the flight home, we have just booked a holiday to Cypress and we are all looking forward to.
So thank you once again for all your help.
