I was desperate after having tried most slimming clubs without results.
I hated myself and although I have a great family, my life was just an existence.
Peter has given me my life back, since having the virtual gastric band I have lost just over 3 and a half stones! I feel great, positive and have gone from a size 24 jeans to a size 14.
This is not a diet, it’s a change in thinking about what and when you eat, now it is part of my everyday life.
Listening to the CD’s and following the plan is very important, follow peter’s guidance and you will succeed.

Recently I saw a client who was extremely stressed, – very overweight, worried about the health of a family member & suffering pressures at work. After our session I offered him this CD to use on a daily basis. At his next session, he looked & felt much more relaxed, chilled out, happier & had lost 12lbs in weight!
